"My interest and passion for real estate and architecture started at a young age.  I remember going to the job site with my Dad, who was an independent builder in the Oakland hills for over 25 years.  He would set me up with a hammer, nails and some scrap wood and let me 'help' build the house.  I would love looking at the blueprints with my Dad, and he would try to explain to me how the foundation would be poured and where the stairs would go.  I never quite understood it all, but it was wonderful to watch my Dad and his crew build something beautiful from the ground up." ~  Karyn.

Karyn has been a licensed Realtor since 2003.  She has become a member of the International Diamond Society (Coldwell Banker), a prestigious award honoring the top producing Agents in the Bay Area, as well as earning a Bronze Award (Keller Williams Realty) in 2017 and 2018.  Karyn is a proud Oakland native, and thoroughly enjoys working with her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.
